Project Background

Mission:

Develop an AI-integrated presentation system for the Sales Team that maintains strict brand consistency.

Challenge:

Following a recent brand and website refresh, the Banner sales team began exploring Claude to accelerate proposal deck creation. While the AI significantly improved speed and content generation, early outputs introduced inconsistencies in tone, layout behavior, and brand application. The core challenge was enabling AI-assisted production without compromising the integrity of the Banner brand system.

Solution:

Big Idea Design developed a structured presentation template system built on Banner’s existing brand foundations. This included a controlled deck architecture and defined prompt sequencing designed specifically for Claude-based workflows.

The system enables Claude to generate new narrative content, select appropriate branded iconography, and assemble complete presentation decks — all within strict brand constraints and using approved digital assets.

The result is a repeatable workflow that bridges AI content generation with professional design standards, ensuring every output remains consistent, on-brand, and production-ready.

Results

The new system is now being used to generate sales presentation decks through Claude, enabling faster production of on-brand materials while maintaining consistency across structure, tone, and visual language.

Early use indicates a significant reduction in manual assembly and review cycles, with teams able to move from content generation to presentation-ready output within a streamlined workflow.

After
