How should I prepare before we talk?

Please share what you have, be it a brief outline, draft slides, raw data, a report, or a concept document. I’ll help shape and translate that content into a visual narrative that works for your audience.

How do you handle revisions and iterations?

Every project includes a structured review cycle that I define in the scope so that we can refine together. I build flexibility into the process to ensure the final work reflects your goals and feedback.

What tools do you use?

I use professional design tools and platforms (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe Creative Suite, Wix Studio). I do not use any AI-generative tools or template driven tools like Canva. I create custom works that are tailored for you and your project.

Can you do a rush job?

I can often accommodate accelerated timelines depending on my schedule. Please let me know your timeline during the initial conversation.

Do you publish set prices?

Because the work is highly context-dependent, I don’t have fixed prices. After discussing your goals and scope, I’ll provide a tailored estimate that reflects the work needed and your priorities. Estimates cover strategy, design, revisions, deliverables, and any collaborative time. We’ll agree on scope, timeline, and deliverables before work begins so expectations are clear.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, projects begin with a signed agreement and a 20% deposit. I am happy to discuss this during the proposal phase.

My project is sensitive. Can you sign an NDA?

Absolutely. I have worked on several projects that involve sensitive or unpublished material. Just include the paperwork and I’m happy to sign.

Can you help with ongoing or long-term work?

Yes, I partner with some teams on ongoing communication needs on an ad-hoc basis. I am happy to discuss what that arrangement may look like during our kickoff call.

What if I don’t have a brand guide or baseline content?

No problem, I can work with what you have (e.g., website or back-of-the-napkin sketch) or I can develop an identity and narrative as part of the project.
